SPEAKING – I will come to the location you desire and bring all resources necessary to speak to any size group. Topics can include, but are not limited to, multiple avenues to improve customer service within your organization and with your external customers, ways to gain valuable information from your customer base, and a list of barriers that negatively impact excellence in customer service. Please inquire on any topics not listed. Speaking engagement packages are 1 hour or up to 4 hours.
TRAINING – This is a full day workshop. I work individually with small groups to help them focus on the tenets of excellent customer service, which includes civility in the workplace. I will come to the location that you desire. Maximum group size is negotiable.
CONSULTATION – I am available on retainer for consultation. Rates for this service are determined by type of business or industry. Consultation services are customized in the following ways. Minimum 1 month commitment for consultation over the phone or in person. Interim check-ins for 1 year, 3 years, or 5 years.
